Anas Thaha

Anas Thaha, the visionary Founder & Managing Director of Imperial Kitchen, began his journey a decade ago in Trivandrum, introducing true international cuisine to the city. His passion for food drives his dedication and innovation. Anas has organized numerous food events showcasing untasted international dishes and brought diverse inspirations from his travels around the world. His efforts led to the expansion of Imperial Kitchen with branches in Kowdiar and Venpalavattom. Now, in 2024, Anas brings his expertise to Muscat, Oman, continuing to delight food lovers with his innovative creations.

Chef Christo’s culinary passion ignited in his family kitchen in Kerala, under the loving guidance of his grandmother. She taught him the beauty of fresh ingredients and the joy of sharing good food.

From luxury hotels and cruise ships to bustling restaurants and teaching kitchens, Chef Christo has catered to a diverse range of people worldwide. His time as Executive Chef at the Imperial Kitchen was particularly transformative, blending his skills with rich experiences.
